A classic sauce served with grilled or barbecued chicken.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp cayenne
salt and pepper.
Mix ingredients together.
Best if left to sit for a bit but can be used immediately.
Dust chicken with spice mixture and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes or so. Spray with oil and roast at 425F for about 30 minutes. Drizzle sauce over.
