Rosemary Salt

You will find yourself using this on everything. From grilled chicken and steaks to baked potatoes to soup to over your eggs. Incredibly versitile, easy to make, and makes everything taste better.

1 cup kosher salt
14 sprigs of rosemary stripped
8 sprigs sage stripped
3-5 cloves of garlic (3 if they are big and 5 if small)
1 zest of one lemon

Add everything to a food processor. Mix for 1 minute, pulsing a couple of times.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Lasts for a few months.
