Chili Garlic Noodles

3 – 4 cloves garlic, minced
1” ginger, peeled and minced
4 green onions, white and green separated and minced

¼ cup light soy sauce
¼ cup dark soy sauce
3 T black vinegar
½ cup Gochugaru Korean red pepper
1 T white sugar
2 T toasted sesame seeds
2 T cooking oil
1 lb ground pork

1 pkg of egg noodles.

Cook noodles to tender but do not drain.
Combine fresh minced ginger, garlic and white part of onion.

In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauces, vinegar, pepper powder, sugar, and sesame seeds.
A little oil to a pan and heat to high.
Add ground pork and brown a bit.
Add to pork salt, pepper and the minced garlic Ginger stuff.
Cook until pork is cooked through.
Add the sauce and mix.
Add the cooked noodles with a bit of the cooking water to loosen the sauce.
Top with green onions
