Chocolate Haystack Cookies (No bake)

1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 pkg (6 oz) butterscotch pieces or peanut butter pieces
2 cans (3 oz each) of La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
½ cup chopped nuts of your choice (peanut, cashew, pecan…)

Melt chocolate and butterscotch or peanut butter pieces in a double boiler.
Remove from heat and stir in noodles and nuts until evenly coated.
Drop by spoon or ice cream scoop onto waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes around 36 cookies
