Cornflake Crusted Chicken Tenders

1 pkg chicken tenders or a couple of breasts sliced into strips
2 Tbl mayo (use low fat if dieting)
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
Maybe add some dill pickle juice if you like.
A couple cups of crushed Cornflakes.

Set oven to 375F
Mix mayo and spices together in a large bowl or flat plate.
Place the crushed cornflakes onto another plate.
Coat chicken strips in mayo mixture. (You can let the chicken marinate in the mayo for 30 minutes in the fridge if you desire)
Roll the coated chicken strips in the cornflakes until covered.
Take a baking sheet and line with aluminum foil.
Place the chicken on the sheet, maybe spray lightly with oil if you want it really crisp.
Bake for around 20 minutes.
