1 – 2 lbs of fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick butter, melted
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 pkg dried Italian Seasoning (such as Good Seasons)
Heat oven to 350F
Pour melted butter into a shallow sided sheet pan and spread around.
Top butter with lemon slices
Place the shrimp in a single layer over the lemons.
Sprinkle the packet of seasoning over the shrimp.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, toss and serve.
