Shoga Yaki (Japanese sauteed pork)

1/2 lb thin pork
2 T soy sauce
1 T sake
1 T mirin
1 T sugar
1 T grated ginger

Combine everything together and marinate pork at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
Heat skillet over medium high heat and add a splash of oil.
Pan-sear pork.
Cook for about 7 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

Serve with rice and shredded cabbage.
