Simple Salsa

3 tomatoes
4 jalapenos
3 garlic cloves
a piece of onion
lots of cilantro
juice of half a lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cumin.

Boil or roast all the veggies except for cilantro. If boiling, takes about 15-20 minutes, if roasting/broiling, until you get lots of browning (turn often).
Throw veggies into blender, add cilantro and seasonings, squeeze the juice of half a lime and blend.
If you’re using roasted veggies, add some water or it’ll be too thick. If you’re using boiled, the veggies have enough water in them so no need to add more.
