Rosemary Salt

This simple condiment goes on pretty much anything. Steaks, roasted chicken, sauteed vegetables, over a baked potato, on avocado toast…whatever you like.

1 cup kosher salt
14 sprigs of rosemary stripped
8 sprigs sage stripped
3-5 cloves of garlic (3 if they are big and 5 if small)
1 zest of one lemon

Add everything to a food processor. Mix for 1 minute, pulsing a couple of times.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Lasts for a few months.
