Bulgogi marinade

Either thinly slice semi-frozen beef (ribeye, sirloin, butt) or buy it pre-sliced.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb thinly sliced beef

5 – 6 soy sauce

4 T sugar/honey

1 T minced garlic

3 T water

1/2 T sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp)

black Pepper (to taste)

Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over beef. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Grill or stir-fry and serve over rice

Garnish: fried egg, sliced green onion, gouchuchang sauce, sesame seeds, mushrooms
