Key Lime Pie

Another family recipe rescued from the homestead.

3 cups sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from key limes)
1/2 cup sour cream
pinch of salt
1 T grated lime zest
1 graham cracker pie shell
whipped cream
lime slices

Preheat oven to 350F

Place the first five ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into an 8″ pie shell and bake for 5 – 8 minutes. Filling will be wobbly but not browned. Remove and let cool then put in the fridge for at least an hour.

Garnish pie slices with fresh whipped cream and lime slices.
