Meat Pie with Mayo Crust

This is a rather unusual dough, but it makes a light and fluffy crust and very easy to make. Use whatever spices you like. This could be exotic with warm Arabic spices of cinnamon and cardamom. Or homey like a meatloaf. You can add a bit of brown gravy for a very rich pie. This can be made with hamburger or ground ham or even chicken.

This is just a template for your imagination.
