Preserved Lemon Ranch Dressing

If you have a jar of preserved lemons and aren't sure what else to do with them. I've added a couple of recipes. This is a lemony/funky take on the boring Ranch Dressing.


1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 Tbl finely chopped preserved lemon

2 Tsp preserved lemon brine

1 Tsp water

2 Tablespoons thinly sliced chives

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Freshly ground black pepper


Whisk mayo, sour cream, chopped lemon, chives, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl to combine. Season with black pepper. Whisk in brine and 1 Tsp water to desired consistency. Taste and add more brine if needed.
