Baked Polenta

1 c polenta or grits
3 c water
6 Tbl butter
Salt to taste
Put in casserole dish or roaster pan with well fitting lid.
Put into cold oven then turn on to 350° for 55 min.

Perfect every time, no stirring!
To serve, top individual serving with monterey jack or mozzarella slices and pour on your favorite tomato based sauce. Delicious!
