Very healthy and really delicious.
Gailan or Broccolini 14-oz
1 cloves garlic, rough chopped
Sauce:
1 ½ T Oyster Sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Ground black pepper
1 T water
½ tsp corn starch
Separate leaves from stems of the Gailan or just chop the broccolini into 1” pieces.
Combine sauce ingredients.
Heat wok over medium heat and then drizzle in some oil.
Add the stems of gailan and stir 2 – 3 minutes then add the garlic. (and Gailan leaves if using)
Stir in sauce.
Cook until the leaves are wilted and the stems are crisp tender.
Serve
