Use my “Easy Vinaigrette” as the base for this.
1 cup vinaigrette (See recipe)
2 tsp peanut butter
Couple dashes soy sauce
Pinch of red pepper flake
Shredded napa cabbage
Suggested additions:
Shredded carrots
Sliced cucumber
Diced cooked chicken
Sliced apple
Mandarin orange slices
Broccoli
Toasted nuts
Combine first ingredients.
Add in a chopped up cabbage and whatever else you like.
Toss together.
Serve
